Dr. Robbins and our pediatric specialty care team understand the concern and uncertainty that you may feel while extraordinary measures are in place to protect public health. We are here for you in every way possible and have implemented a comprehensive plan to provide Continuity of Care for our existing pediatric patients, and to respond promptly to new patient inquiries and dental emergencies.
With Stay at Home Orders and social distancing guidelines in place, we have been contacting our currently scheduled patients proactively on a rolling basis to discuss treatment plan progress and any new oral health concerns. We are postponing and rescheduling, as appropriate, non-urgent appointments, or making plans for later follow-up. Dr. Robbins will be available for dental emergencies, which will be managed on a case-by-case basis and, when indicated, with in-office treatment or referral. See details, below.
Dr. Robbins is are also offering remote, web-based consultations, which can be very reassuring and informative, and can provide you with practical information, oral-functional exercises and "tools" to use while children are at home. Please call our office for details.
If an emergency in-office visit is required, please see our COVID-19 web page for additional information regarding screening screening procedures and what to expect at your emergency visit.
We will utilize our website home page and a dedicated COVID-19 web page as well as text and/or e-mail communications (under applicable HIPPA guidelines) to provide our patients with updates.
